Great racing, exciting racing, competitive racing, side by side racing, this Saturday, August 26, 2023, at I-35 Speedway. It will be Hwy 36 Auto & Diesel Night at the Races the Mike Knight Memorial. Racing Family means a family that loves first and foremost. What ties us together at I-35 Speedway is our sport, the excitement and fun, the speed and thrills, but we become family, race fans, racecar drivers, pit crews, officials, and owners. Our racing family celebrates the memory of former dirt track guru Mike Knight with bonus money from the Knight family towards the Pure Stocks ($700 to win), plus for the winner a 7.5-foot trophy.
Other classes racing this weekend, besides the Pure Stocks, who will have a 20-lap feature, include the USRA Modifieds, Medieval USRA Stock Cars, USRA B Mods, Sport Compacts, E Mods, Limited Late Models, Vintage Open, and the Junior Sport Compacts.
Racing starts at 7:00 P.M. Pit gates open at 4:00 and Grandstands open at 4:30. Pill Draw close and Drivers’ Meeting are at 6:00 P.M. Hot Laps immediately after driver’s meeting with the last session taking the track at 6:50 P.M.
Be there this Saturday for all the fun! Come watch the USRA A Mods, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B Mods, the Limited Late Models, E Mods, Pure Stocks, and the Sport Compacts. This race is the last race of August before we move to September racing starting on September 2, 2023.

Gates open at 4:30 P.M. Adults $15, Senior and Military $12, Youth – 18 and under Free (ID may be requested). Located at Exit 64 off Interstate 35 (1/4 east of Interstate). Free Parking. Mom approved restrooms.
Concessions at Trackside Bar and Grill (Turn 1) and at gate entrance (Turn 4) – funnel cakes, chili dogs, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, coffee, hot chocolate, or beer.

I-35 Speedway Driver registration: Register with I-35 Speedway (myracepass.com) or print form at www.i-35speedway.net complete and bring with you. One-night temporary registration $15.

Fuel (110 and Premium) is available for sale at the track. American Racer tires are also for sale at the track. Also available Champion Race Products (oil, power steering fluid, brake fluid, gear oil).
Minors (17 and under): Everyone age 17 and under must have a completed Minor’s release to enter pits.
Competitors Minor’s Release: Must be a completed Minor’s release for all competitors 17 and younger AND it must include a copy of the birth certificate with either a valid state stamp or authentic seal.
