Autumn racing at I-35 Speedway this Saturday October 8, 2022! Some people’s favorite weather of the year as the harvest season brings beautiful colors, cooler temperatures, and seasonal foods. Enjoy the colors of racing at I-35 Speedway this Saturday as the late season racing offers new drivers an opportunity to try out the track, the cooler temperatures an opportunity to wear the racing sweatshirts and enjoy the seasonal hot chocolate. Gates open at 3 P.M. on October 8, driver’s meeting and pill draw close at 5, hot laps at 5:15, with racing at 6 P.M. Please take note of one hour earlier start time.
Admission prices are $15 for adults, $12 for Seniors (62 and older) and Military, and as always, those 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are Free. Pit passes are $35.
This Saturday it will be Tompkins Industries Night at the Races Weekly Racing Program with the Show Me Vintage Racers. The USRA classes of A Mods, Stock Cars, and B Mods will be in competition but will not receive points this week due to the USRA Nationals. The Pure Stock, E Mods, Sport Compact, and Limited Late Models will continue their point battle for the Championship. As always, we welcome racers from other sanctions and tracks to come compete (IMCA with USRA, MOKAN with Pure Stocks and E Mods, etc.). Check out the rules at www.i-35speedway.net. I-35 Speedway, super easy access, exit 64 off the interstate! Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, like sweet, tasty funnel cakes, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, coffee, hot chocolate, or beer. Trackside Bar and Grill overlooks Turn 1, great place to sit, watch the races, and have dinner! Mom approved restrooms! Parking is always Free, but please do not triple park, I-35 Speedway has plenty of parking.
