And we are off, out of the starting gate, the 2019 I-35 Speedway Racing Season opened with exciting racing and a grandstand full of race fans! We get to do it again this Saturday, April 13 as we head towards the first turn of this very young season with Thompkins Industries Night at the Races. Racecars will take to the track at 6:20 for their practice laps with races starting at 7 P.M.
Want to come early and get that best seat, grandstand and pit gates open at 4:30. Admission prices are $15 for Adults 19 and older, discounted to $12 for Seniors (62+) and Military, and Youth 18 and younger are Free! Just a quick note to advise in less than a month, on May 11, everyone will get in free to the grandstands, adults, seniors, military, and youth, free, free, free.
Racecars in action April 13 will be the USRA A Mods, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B Mods, E Mods, Pure Stocks, Sport Compacts, Show Me Vintage, and the Midwest Limited Late Models. Easy access to the track, the Speedway is located at Exit 64 off Interstate 35.
Concessions available throughout the facility with sweet funnel cakes, beverages of your choice, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, all available for your dining pleasure. A fantastic place for dinner is the Trackside Bar and Grill overlooking turn 1. Always clean restrooms that would be pleasing to Mom, always Free Parking, where else would you be on Saturday night other than I-35 Speedway?
