I-35 Speedway Race Recap 6-14-25

June 14, 2025

Kingdom Truss night at the races brought 104 total cars across 9 different classes. Tonight we also welcomed back the MOKAN IMCA Sprint Cars for the 2nd time this season, and they brought their best to I-35. No time was wasted getting through hot laps and heat races, the action really started to pick up when the feature races started.

First on track for feature action was the Pure Stocks. Conrad Kauffman waited until the closing laps to make his move on Chase Galvan to secure the win, Kauffman’s 3rd feature win this season. Galvan finished a respectable 2nd, James Silkwood 3rd, CJ Turner 4th and Jason Payne recovered from some early race issues to finish 5th.

Keeping the action going, Brad Mick had his hands full in the Sport Compact feature race. Mick would grab the feature win, but he credited Ryan Hinkle in his victory lane interview for not making it easy for him tonight. Hinkle stayed right on the back bumper of Mick for the final 3 laps but would come home 2nd. Jeremy Sims finished 3rd, Samuel Moore 4th and Jason Teel in 5th. Mick stays perfect in Sport Compact feature races, an impressive 11 for 11 in the 2025 season.

Tyler Hibner got the lead early and didn't look back in the Late Model feature race, this was Hibner’s 5th feature win of the season. Paul Glendenning came home 2nd, Jon Binning 3rd, Tommy Cordray 4th and Michael King in 5th.

Peyton White used his front row starting spot to snag the feature win in the MOKAN IMCA Sprint Car race. Brett Combs finished 2nd, Jake Martens 3rd, Laney Moore 4th and Jake Greenwood grabbed a top 5 finish.

Ethan Isaacs started on the pole and made the most of it, going back-to-back in the USRA B-Mods. This was Isaacs 3rd feature win this season, taking the lead for most feature wins in the B-Mods in the 2025 season. Chad Clancy finished in 2nd, Adam Dunwoodie 3rd, Ethan’s brother Lucas Isaacs finished in 4th and Randy Smith Jr. finished in 5th.

In the USRA Stock Cars Tyler Cadwallader held off multiple fast cars to grab tonight's feature win, the 2nd feature win this season for Cadwallader. Rodney Schweizer finished in 2nd, Doug Keller finished 3rd after starting in 11th, Kristchon Hisel recovered from trouble in the heat races to finish 4th in the feature race, and Jayden Bears finished in 5th.

Houston Johnson collected the feature win in the USRA Modifieds, Johnson’s 6th feature win this year. Johnson had to hold off a strong late race charge from Tyler Hibner, Hibner made multiple moves trying to find a way around Johnson, but Johnson’s car was too fast on the top side of the track for Hibner to be able to complete a pass. Hibner finished in 2nd, Preston Dawson finished in 3rd, Eddie Ingram 4th and Brad Johnson in 5th.

Leah Whitt scored her first feature win of the season in the Jr. Sport Compacts. Misty Teel finished in 2nd.

Chris Dishong grabbed the feature win in the E-Mod feature race, Dishong’s 4th feature win this season. Aaron Jones finished in 2nd, Nathon Hampton 3rd, Garret Stonum 4th and Jayden Bears drove through the field to collect a top-5 finish.
