Double A Mod race car features, more figure 8 practice, ages 18 and under in Free, always free parking, ATV racing, all at I-35 Speedway this upcoming weekend! The A Mod class feature race from May 5, will be made up this Saturday, May 19 to start our night of exciting racing. As announced on the Racinboys Track Talk radio show and via the public-address system this past Saturday, Ages 18 and under will be FREE to the grandstands for the remainder of the 2018 racing season, except for specials.
Many were there to witness the Figure 8 practice session. We are working on a schedule for Figure 8 racing. Since this type racing has not been in this area since the closure of Riverside Stadium after the 1988 season, we want to ensure drivers become familiar with this intersection crossing type racing. There will be more practice this Saturday.
This Sunday, May 20, I-35 Speedway introduces ATV racing. Make your plans to be a part of the first ever I-35 Speedway ATV Shootout. Bring your ATV, pit bike, UTV and come have fun Sunday as we add something new to I-35 Speedway.
May 19 Racing, race car practice starts at 6:30, racing at 7:00 P.M. Grandstand entrance is $12, $2 off for military and seniors, and age 18 and younger get in FREE. Concessions available with snow cones, root beer floats, beverages of your choice, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, all available for your dining pleasure. Trackside Bar and Grill overlooks turn 1 great place to have dinner.
