Press Release 10-31-2020 I-35 Speedway

CHAMPIONS NIGHT at I-35 Speedway, Saturday, October 31, 2020.  Racing starts at 6 P.M.  Kids wear your costumes and bring your treat buckets and bags for trick or treat at the racetrack.

You have been with us since the drop of the green flag on the 2020 racing season back on May 9, make your plans to be with us for the drop of the checkered flag to the 2020 racing season.  Mother Nature is telling us to be there as we close out the season with nice sunny skies and warm temperatures for late October.  This is your last chance to hear the ground pounding thunder of the racing engines as they roar out of four, last chance to get the racing fuel smell we all love up the nostrils, last chance to wave to your favorite car, favorite color, favorite number, favorite driver, be there for one last night of 2020 racing fun!

Gates open at 3:30, Hot Laps at 5:20, racing at 6 P.M.  Adults are $15, Seniors (62 and over) and military personnel are $12, age 18 and younger are FREE. Where is I-35 Speedway?  The track is located at exit 64 off Interstate 35.

For our racers, last chance to earn points, last chance to get the hot rod and take it in circles, and last chance for National USRA points.  USRA Stock Cars, USRA A Mods, and USRA B Mods, Pure Stock, Midwest Limited Late Models, Sport Compact, and E Mods will all be in competition.  IMCA racers are welcome to come race.  Pit passes are $35.  Who will claim the last feature of the year and have bragging rights all winter?

The following week the I-35 Speedway Awards Ceremony will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the Speedway.  It will be a bonfire started at 3, food at 4, and awards in the grandstands at 5.    Tickets for the outdoor awards event ($15) can be purchased by contacting Kyle Johnson, 816-365-7593 or pick them up at the pay window on Saturday.  Racing this Saturday, Celebrating the following Saturday
