KID’S NIGHT AT THE RACES! KID’S NIGHT AT THE RACES! I-35 Speedway presents its’ annual McCarthy Auto Group Kids’s Night at the Races this Saturday, August 1, 2020. Free backpacks loaded with school supplies in preparation for the upcoming school year for those ages 6 to 14! These school supplies have been donated by various racers, sponsors, even race fans! Kids 18 and under get in free. The first race in August of a busy month of racing, five Saturdays and a Friday Night, along with the annual aroma changing Smokin’ Trackside Barbeque Bash KCBS Contest!
The August Schedule is Smokin’ Hot – Kids Night this Saturday, then Friday August 7 Smokin’ Trackside BBQ Bash and racing – Pure Stock, E Mod, Show Me Vintage, and Sport Compacts, August 8 is Regular Racing and BBQ judging, August 15 is a Special with the return of the USAC Wingless Sprint Cars and the Cletus “Mudcat” Murray Memorial, August 22 is C.A.R.B. Night, and August 29 is the Mike Knight Memorial. Six nights of super exciting fun creating racing in August!
Hot laps on Saturday start at 6:20, Racing at 7:00. Tickets for all this Saturday fun are $15 General Admission, $12 for seniors 62 and over, and 18 years and under are FREE! Pit Gates open at 4:00, Driver’s draw ends and Driver’s Meeting begins at 6:00. I-35 Speedway is located at Exit 64 off the Interstate 35.
Concessions are available throughout the facility. Enjoy a super delicious a sweet funnel cake, beverage of your choice, large tenderloin, hot fries, walking taco, hot dog, or grilled hamburger. Enjoy dinner at the Trackside Bar and Grill overlooking turn 1. Always clean restrooms that would be pleasing to Mom, always Free Parking, where else would you be on Saturday night other than I-35 Speedway?
