I-35 Speedway has it all this Saturday, September 4, 2021, especially if you like variety! You saw them just two weeks ago the hair raising, slide it sideways USAC Midwest Wingless Racing Association Sprint Cars. They’re back! The weekly classes of USRA Modifieds, USRA B Mods, and the E Mods are front wheel fenderless. The full fendered cars of the Limited Late Models, the USRA Stock Cars, the Pure Stocks, and the Sport Compact will be in full racing action. And then just like a bride something old something new will be happening at I-35 Speedway. For DSF Flooring Night & the Bill Lawson Memorial the Outlaw Midgets will be in competition. Midget racing began in 1933 on the West Coast and spread to become nationwide. These powerful machines are cousins to the larger Sprint Cars. They are lighter, have a huge horsepower to weight ratio and a small wheelbase. Excitement all around!
Racing action begins at 7:00 P.M. Pit gates open 3 hours before race time and the grandstands open 30 minutes after the pit gates open. This is a Special Event Race so admission prices are $20 for Adults, $15 for Seniors (62 and older) and Military, and as always, those 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are Free.
Super easy access to I-35 Speedway, exit 64 and turn east a short quarter mile. Free Parking always. Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, like sweet tasty funnel cakes, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, or beer. The Trackside Bar and Grill overlooks Turn 1, great place to sit, watch the races, and have dinner! Refurbished Mom approved restrooms!
I-35 Speedway is your best racing value for your motorsport’s entertainment. So, we begin the month of September, racing variety, racing fun, racing action. See you Saturday!
