I-35 Speedway September 17, 2018 Press Release

Friday Night and Saturday Night Racing at I-35 Speedway this weekend September 21 and September 22, 2018!  Friday night is another night of ATV racing under the lights.  Saturday night is the weekly racing series with the Mike Knight Memorial Race for the Sport Compact class running 20 laps for $250 to win.  In addition to the Sport Compacts the USRA A Mods, B Mods, and Stock Cars will be racing for national USRA points along with Grand Nationals, Pure Stock, E Mods, MLS, and Vintage.  Several area racers are in competition to move higher in national points, leading to 108 race cars in competition last week.

Once again under the lights on Friday night, ATV racing will start promptly at 7 P.M. with gates opening at 5P.M. There will be two (2) barrel race events and a TT track.  Classes are 450cc and up, 440cc and down, and 350cc and down. Kids class 13 and under open and Kids class 90cc and down. Additionally, a barrel race just for the PEE-WEEs, which is anyone 6 and under!  The gate fee is $5 with 8 and under free.  PEE-WEE racing and Barrel races are $10 per event with additional event entry fees.

Saturday Night Racing, Gates open at 4:30 P.M., hot laps at 6:15 P.M., and racing begins at 7:00 P.M. Adults are $12, Seniors (62 and over) $10, age 18 and younger are FREE. Where is I-35 Speedway?  The track is located at exit 64 off Interstate 35.  Concessions are available throughout the facility!  Clean restrooms, always Free Parking, where else would you be this weekend other than I-35 Speedway?

I-35 Speedway is home to the 2018 USRA Nationals.  Racing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday October 4-6, 2018 will be the USRA A Mods, Stock Cars, B Mods, Hobby Stocks, and Tuners.
