We will also remember Bud Wilson. For those who have been around I-35 Speedway for awhile will always remember Bud. Bud Wilson brought love to the racing community! Love for the immediate family, love for each other, love for our sport. Everyone was touched by Bud Wilson in various roles. Even in his passing he was an organ donor.
Bud was simply an amazing person, helping other racers because he would rather race you on the track fair and square than beat you in the pits! If a racing mistake was made on the track Bud would be the first in their pit not to be angry but instead to admit either his mistake or to figure out what happened in a polite manner. Bud meant so much to so many and he continues to live on in our hearts, our memories, our lives.
