Oh, when the racecars keep rolling in, oh when the racecars keep rolling in, Oh Lord I want to be in that number, when the racecars keep rolling in, that was last Saturday at I-35 Speedway. Seven classes of racecars, 164 racing machines, and we get to do it again this Saturday Night, July 24, for Early Tractor Night at the Races. Last week it was Sport Compact Night, this week it will be the Pure Stocks as the featured class (last feature of night). Pure Stocks racing for $425 to win and additional money throughout the field. IMCA and USRA Hobby Stocks welcome to compete with the Pure Stocks, meeting their appropriate rule book. What a great night of racing we are looking forward to this Saturday, July 24, 2021!
Racing action begins at 7:00 P.M. Pit gates open 3 hours before race time and the grandstands open 30 minutes after the pit gates open. Admission prices are $15 for adults, $12 for Seniors (62 and older) and Military, and as always, those 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are Free.
I-35 Speedway, super easy access, exit 64 and turn east because at that point you can’t miss the track off to your left with American Flags a flying. Free Parking always. Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, like sweet, tasty funnel cakes, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, or beer. The Trackside Bar and Grill, recognized by Speedway Illustrated, overlooks Turn 1, great place to sit, watch the races, and have dinner! Mom approved restrooms with new tile, new walls, new lights, new sinks, new faucets, new paper towel dispensers, new everything, even Dad was complimenting the restrooms this past week!
Looking at the crystal ball for August as July approaches the last two races of the month, August 7 is McCarthy Auto Group Kids Night, where kids receive back to school supplies and then August 13 and 14th the Fifth Annual Smokin’ Trackside BBQ Bash. Racing on Friday night will be the Sport Compact, the Pure Stocks, the E Mods, and the Vintage Special. Joining those four classes on Saturday will be the Limited Late Models and the three USRA Classes, Modifieds, B Mods, and Stock Cars for the Smokin’ Trackside BBQ Bash Seeburg Muffler Night with Vintage Car Special finale.
