I-35 Speedway Press Release 5-21-19

Weather permitting, I-35 Speedway plans to race and enjoy our weekend fun on Saturday, May 25 with a backup date of Sunday, May 26, of course, weather permitting.  The location of the track (Exit 64 off the Interstate) sits on top of a hill and the drainage is outstanding.  The always exciting, side by side, sometimes four wide, edge of your seat, photofinish racing will start at 7 P.M. on Saturday.

Veterans get in FREE!  “Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a difference in the world.  A veteran doesn’t have that problem” Ronald Reagan, 40th President of the United States of America.  Yes, we realize it is Memorial Day weekend which is to honor military personnel who died in service but Veterans Day falls during non-racing season.  So, in honor of our Veterans, they get in FREE!   If you are 18 years young or younger you get in Free, 19 and up are $15, 62 and up are $12.

The best drivers compete at I-35 Speedway!  Classes in competition will be the USRA A Mods, USRA B Mods, USRA Stock Cars, Pure Stock, E Mods, Sport Compact, Limited Late Models, Midwest Vintage, and Midwest Lightning Sprints.  Admission prices are $15 for Adults, $12 for Seniors (62+) and Military, and Youth 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are Free!  Parking is always free.

Concessions located throughout the facility serving your favorites, like sweet tasty funnel cakes, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, or beer. Enjoy dinner overlooking turn 1 at the Trackside Bar and Grill.  Always clean restrooms, best racing value for your motorsport’s entertainment, where else would you be on Saturday night other than I-35 Speedway?
