The I-35 Speedway racing has been simply phenomenal during the month of June, but are you ready for even more excitement in July. Let us take a quick planning tour of what July will bring us. First there will be five nights of racing this month!
July 4th – Rod End Supply Night at the Races includes the Midwest Lightning Sprints, along with the Midwest Limited Late Models, USRA A Mods, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B Mods, Pure Stocks, E Mods, and Sport Compacts.
July 10th – Friday will be Night 1 of the Show Me Shootout Weekend Special. Friday Night racing will be the Pure Stocks, Sport Compacts, E Mods, and Midwest Limited Late Models. After the Races enjoy the music of the band Dammit Jim as they perform outside the Trackside Bar & Grill.
July 11th – Saturday, Night 2 of the Show Me Stock Car Shootout *Special*. Racing this night will be the E Mods, Show Me Vintage, USRA B Mods, USRA A Mods and USRA Stock Cars. The Show Me Stock Car Shootout purse includes $3,000 to the winner of the special 30 lap feature, $2,000 for second, and $1,000 for third. USRA and IMCA Stock Cars welcome to compete. The Show Me Shootout weekend ends with a Fireworks Show.
July 18th – Casey’s “Kaster Celebration” USAC Midwest Wingless Sprint *Special*. We honor former promoter Larry Kaster and we enjoy the wildly popular Wingless Sprint Cars which began their inaugural season at I-35 Speedway with 31 competitors on June 13. If you missed that show make plans to be at this special event.
July 25th – Earley Tractor “Asphalt Racers Reunion” Night at the Races. Two years ago I-35 Speedway began honoring those from the asphalt years 1989-2008. Your reservation will allow us to provide the ticket takers with a list of the former asphalt racers and allow us to get information to our public address announcer.
If you thought June was fun, it is going to be even better this month at I-35 Speedway. The track is located at exit 64 off I-35 ten miles north of Cameron. Admission prices for regular shows are $15 for adults, $12 for Seniors 62+ and Military. Special Event prices are $20 for adults, $15 for Seniors and Military. At all I-35 Speedway events those 18 and younger are FREE. Full concessions and Mom approved clean restrooms. Make your plans to enjoy the super exciting always outstanding racing at I-35 Speedway, where else would you want to be on Saturday night or on Friday July 10?
