I-35 Speedway is happy to host the 2nd Annual Gary Davis Memorial race on June 16, 2018. This race will be paying $3,000 to win, $2,000 for second, $1,000 for third and $215 to start the A feature. Gary Davis was a racer and official in the Kansas City area, for many years competing in the Charger and Late Model classes.
The race is open to all USRA Stock Cars, IMCA Stock Cars, Lucas Oil Street Stocks, and Central Missouri Speedway Street Stocks, meeting their sanction/track rules with the following Exception, only 8-inch wheels and tires, either the American Racer G60 or Hoosier IMCA Modified G-60. Drivers must have competed and earned points this year at a track following the rules in which they are racing, i.e. USRA rules USRA track, IMCA rules IMCA track, etc.
